Get to Elemental Plateau with no flying mount

UPDATE: Blizzard nerfed wall jumping in general with patch 2.4 much to the woe of many players. While I have been told that wall jumping is still possible, it is so difficult that you will probably want to skip this one. If you do decide to try this post-2.4, leave a comment and let us know how it went!
So everybody knows Elemental Plateau is only accessible with a flying mount. Which leaves out the all the level 68+ players who could possibly handle these mobs, not to mention the newly-minted level 70s who do not yet have their flyers. There is, however, a “backdoor” so to speak.
I recently came across this video on YouTube made by HolySatan of the Auchindoun EU realm:
As you can see this trick requires a lot of patience and a lot of skill with moving your character up steep inclines. But basically what this means is that at the extreme south end of Zangarmarsh there is an incline that, while difficult, is not impossible to climb and will dump you onto that glorious land of motes and money, the Elemental Plateau.
This is a great strategy if you’re actually in the process of saving for your flying mount. It also gives the intrepid explorer an interesting challenge.
interesting for the challenge of getting there, but elemental plateau is a gank spot on every pvp server and an overcrowded place in every other realm
on my realm primal lifes are going for crazy money at the moment (30-33g EACH), dead mire in zangar is the place to be
if you’re an herbalist you’ll get a lot of added value by herbing the corpes (chance for more motes, herbs and other vendor trash)
This no longer works. Blizzard fixed this climbing method in ALL spots by modifying the physics engine in 2.4
